Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Terms

Buyer Path capacity
Outerpath includes one Active Buyer Path without charge. You may purchase up to three additional Active Buyer Path capacity units for $9.99 per unit per month. Three paid units provide capacity for five Active Buyer Paths because Outerpath includes the fifth slot. Capacity changes how many Paths may be active at once; it does not limit the self-guided product features available to you.
Billing and renewal
Paid capacity is billed in advance through Stripe at the price and interval displayed at checkout and renews monthly until canceled. You authorize Stripe to charge the saved payment method for recurring fees. Quantity increases may be prorated and require your explicit confirmation.
Closing a Path
Closing a Buyer Path frees Active Path capacity but does not reduce or cancel purchased capacity. A Closed Path remains a retained historical intelligence asset, including its Brief, research, Evidence, Buyer Map, Advisor history, validation findings, contacts, notes, and other accumulated Path information.
Capacity reductions and cancellation
You must explicitly request a capacity reduction or cancellation through Outerpath Billing or Support. Reductions normally take effect at the end of the current billing period and cannot reduce capacity below the number of Active Paths. Outerpath does not silently close Paths. Deleting an Outerpath account does not automatically cancel an active Stripe subscription.
Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law or when Getty Point agrees that a duplicate charge or material service failure warrants a refund. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge. Contact support promptly about billing errors.
Payment failure and capacity
Failed, overdue, expired, or canceled paid capacity may prevent new Path work and require Active usage to be reduced. Outerpath does not automatically delete or close Paths because of a payment failure. We may change future pricing with reasonable notice; a price change does not retroactively alter a completed charge.
Services and teaming
The complete self-guided Outerpath product is included with Buyer Path capacity. Any guided consulting service or invite-only Joint Pursuit relationship is governed by a separate written scope or agreement and is not a software subscription entitlement.
Taxes
Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. Getty Point may calculate and collect taxes after applicable registrations and product treatment are established. You remain responsible for taxes legally imposed on you that are not collected at checkout.
